Provides supervision for preparation of plumbing and HVAC system design drawings and specifications for new construction, existing facilities expansion, and renovation projects. Projects will be of moderate to high complexity. Responsible for applying engineering fundamentals to designs of mechanical systems. Responsible for financial success of projects based upon mutually agreed fee structures.

With limited supervision, prepares plumbing and / or HVAC system design drawings and specifications for new construction, existing facilities expansion, and renovation projects. Projects will be of moderate to high complexity. Design requirements will be defined by verbal instructions, sketches, and/or formal documents.

Under supervision, prepares plumbing and / or HVAC system design drawings and specifications for new construction, existing facilities expansion, and renovation projects. Projects will be of moderate complexity. Design requirements will be defined by verbal instructions, sketches, and/or formal documents. Must be proficient with AutoCAD.

Under supervision, prepares power and lighting system design drawings of moderate complexity based on verbal instructions, sketches, and/or formal documents. Must be proficient with AutoCAD.

Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection Drafters
Under supervision, prepares design drawings of moderate complexity based on verbal instructions, sketches, and/or formal documents. Must be proficient with AutoCAD.
Audio Visual Designer
Must have 3 years of experience. Prepares floor plans, site plans and other drawings for new construction and remodel projects. Performs inspections of existing facilities to determine and verify existing facilities. Utilize CAD equipment and technology. Certificate of Competency in Architectural Drafting needed.
Telecommunications Designer
Must have 3 years of experience. Must be able to locate telecommunications spaces, conduit pathway and user devices to support the telecommunications system. Determine inter and intra building pathway and media requirements from architectural plans, tenant requirements and owner interviews. Design conduit, media, head end and device locations to fulfill requirements. Coordinate basic architectural, civil, plumbing, mechanical and electrical data from documents, occupant interviews and field conditions to ensure there are no interdisciplinary conflicts. Prepares floor plans, site plans, and other drawings for small construction and remodel projects using computer aided drafting techniques.
