Craig Clement, Director of JBA New Orleans

JBA Consulting Engineers is pleased to announce the opening of our New Orleans office, and the addition of a new member to the JBA Team, Craig M. Clement as Director of JBA New Orleans.

Craig is responsible for managing the operations of our New Orleans office. His professional experience in construction/engineering began in 1975, and he has held positions as vice president and president throughout his career. Prior to joining JBA, Craig was the Founder and President of Engineering Design Associates, LLC (EDA), a mechanical/electrical consulting and design firm in Louisiana. In 2008, EDA and JBA joined resources, which led to the opening of JBA New Orleans.

His experience encompasses an impressive resume of projects such as coordinating all engineering services for the 1984 Louisiana World Exposition as the lead designer, managing the design of the seven-building Girls and Boys Town Campus, and the twenty-eight-building Chenier Luxury Apartments complex. His unique ability to coordinate and package all aspects of the design and construction process is enhanced by his extensive experience working in the field with contractors and design-build projects. He is the recipient of the International Illumination Design Award for the Whitney Bank Building Main Lobby, the Chaffe McCall Soler Tarpy Law Office at the Entergy Centre, and Kabby’s Stair at the Riverwalk Shopping Mall.
