Roger Arnold, Director of JBA Orange County

Roger has been the design engineer and engineer of record for various project types including airport terminals, central plants, office buildings, large assembly areas such as churches, motion picture theaters and live acting theaters, museums, restaurants, casino gaming renovations, aircraft hangars and private schools and has also evaluated various project types for LEED certification.

Roger is a registered professional Mechanical Engineer in serveral states, maintains a council record with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He co-authored an article published in the September 1998 issue of HPAC magazine concerning optimally sizing an engine driven refrigeration machine for peak shaving in a commercial office-building environment. While at Penn State, he was awarded first place in mechanical design for his senior thesis design project, as voted on by a jury of outside professional engineers.
